For her 28th Annual Spring Concert, MUSE sings out against bullying and reaches out to promote open-mindedness, unity, kindness and inclusion.

Entitled Stand Together, Make It Better, the concert will take place on Saturday, May 14 at 7:30pm in the beautiful new Corbett Theater at the School for Creative and Performing Arts, 108 West Central Parkway, near downtown Cincinnati.

For this one-time performance, MUSE has invited special guests, Dreams of Hope from Pittsburgh to join us for a portion of the concert. Dreams of Hope [DOH] is an exciting and multifaceted performance group of lesbian, gay, bisexual transgendered and straight allied youth ranging in age from 13-21. Founded in 2003, DOH performs nationally for diverse audiences promoting positive role models for and educating around issues facing lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgendered [LGBT] youth.

Carefully selected repertoire will reflect MUSE’s rich range of inspirational and stirring social change music. We will sing of “true colors”; of “loving whomever you please” and recognizing that though we may have differences…. “doesn’t your heart beat the same as mine?” There will be humorous moments and multi-media. The children of MUSE will take the stage with their mothers, grandmothers, aunts and friends for their traditional song and there will be many old favorites.

Get your tickets at the door and join us for this one-night only concert. Stand together with MUSE to make it better for our youth.
